going back to waterloo tomorrow. i wonder if i can handle the 20 degree rise in temperature.. :)

A friend of mine, Jason Pang, left Waterloo on a day when it was -40 with windchill, and arrived 15 hours later on Hong Kong, where it was +20.

I think a 60 degree rise in temperature beats you out easy!

Not to mention that he'll be back after New Year's. I hope he doesn't die.

wow.. that's gonna be harsh.

waterloo suddenly got a lot colder anyway, so the change wasn't that much. fortunately and unexpectedly, my room isn't freezing as usual. it's still cold, but not as much as it used to be. the guys last term insulated the window that doesn't close. stupid windows. go linux! :)
