doesn't this qualify as a pyramid scheme? it seems to be based on the same principles, at least. you'll get twice your money back, as long as there are two bigger fools than you. at some point, it's going to be just too expensive to buy an ad, so the fools are going to run out, and you get screwed. on the other hand, the guy who came up with it seems to have netted a decent profit.

You ask that as if they claimed somewhere that it wasn't and you saw through their deception.

Well, considering pyramid schemes are illegal, they do implicitly claim that it isn't one by staying in business.

But it's not a pyramid scheme because people don't have anything to do with subsequent sellers. Each transaction is made directly with him. Besides even if the site is illegal how's that going to stop it?

That's why I said it was based on the same principle - you still get paid by subsequent sellers joining. Each transaction goes through him, yes, but that seems like money laundering added on top of it. The money gets "laundered" through him, because then it's legal, but really the money flows from one seller to another. And governments tend to stop things they deem illegal all the time.

what government is going to waste time blocking this little site. even that allofmp3 still seems accessible to me here.
