As I claimed back in the day, Froogle (now Google Product Search) is starting to grow up, as Google builds it into their next major revenue stream. Last I heard, over 95% of their revenue came from ads. Once Google Product Search is in full swing, look for that number to drop significantly - it won't take long. I'm guessing a couple of years at most before Google is considered a viable contender to Amazon.
